Creating a Panel

The PanelBuilder software allows a library of standard templates to be created. Each template can have a number of variable dimensions which means that creating new panels takes just a few mouse clicks.

This video shows how the initial template can be created and then how easy it is to build actual panels from the template.

 




Importing Panels from a Spreadsheet

Often on large projects it is easier to create all the panel types, dimensions, materials etc in a spreadsheet and then to import this into PanelBuilder. Using this method allows hundreds or even thousands of panels to be built ready for nesting in just a few minutes.



PanelBuilder Nesting

Nesting all the required panels onto correctly sized sheets is a vital part of the manufacturing process. A good nest will save on material waste and allow more efficient manufacturing. The PanelBuilder nesting function is very comprehensive and can be run completely automatically. It takes just a few seconds to optimise the layout ready for cutting.


 

Continuous Production with PanelBuilder Pendulum Processing

PanelBuilder machines can be configured to have two separately zoned vacuum beds which can operate independently. This allows a panel to be processed on one bed whilst the other is unloaded and reloaded, thus achieving maximum productivity.
