Configuration Options
Pressure Foot
Available in models to fit each spindle, a pressure foot provides local hold down pressure - particularly useful for very thin flexible materials - and forms an integral part of an efficient dust/chip extraction ststem. This creates a focused and contained high vacuum, low volume zone around the tooling.

Floating Pressure Foot
The Nose Rider is easily adapted to the Elte Pressue Foot and was designed to create a solid connection between the motor and the pressure foot, thus ensuring a constant pressure. The advantage is depth consistency - critical when machining Aluminium Composite materials for example. Different collar adaptors allow for various tool bits and lengths.

Fixed and Adjustable Brush Foot
AXYZ Brush Feet provide an effective solution for the removal of dust and chips. With over-height industrial brushes, our brush feet are well suited to a wide range of material and job cutting types. Brush feet are available in floating and 'adjustable' models, allowing the foot to be fixed relative to the spindle or to the material.

Surface Mouse
The new S-Mouse option eliminates the need to manually configure the machine when determining material surfaces or relative tool tip heights. Extremely useful for multi tool machines, the S-mouse also provides an easy to use and highly accurate meathod of setting tool bit heights and cutting depths at the press of a button.

Configuration Options
AXYZ ATC Automatic Tool Changer with 8 Carousel
Provides an easy and convenient method of running jobs requiring multiple tooling using an 8 position automatic carrousel and is capable of controlling a further 8 manual tools providing automatic control of up to 16 tool bits.

Extended Gantries for Multiple Tool Carriges
Allow for full processing width when utilizing wider carriges that accommodate multiple tools and can also be utilized for custom cutting solutions where 'off-the-table' material processing is required.

HSD Spindles
With a simple yet powerful pneumatic quick release feature these spindles can be operated manually or in conjunction with our ATC automatic tool changer carousel. HSD Quick-Release Spindles are air cooled and high speed with ceramic bearings for improved heat dispersion and ultra-quiet operation. Tools can be pre-registered in the machine setup (up to 16 tools), providing simple tool changeover when processing multiple tool jobs.

Precision balanced for fast, clean cutting and ultra-quiet operation at speeds of 18,000 and 24,000 rpm with high-speed ceramic bearings, their excellent design provides years of trouble free use. Available in 3, 5 and 10 hp models.
